How things work, and what to do when they don't.
What is ICC?
Indication, Correction, Continuation. It is a pure price action framework — no indicators. You read direction on the higher timeframes, wait for a valid break of structure, let price correct back toward the level it broke, and enter only when the lower timeframe confirms.
The full framework is eight lessons under Learn. Start there before anything else; the journal and the coach both assume you know it.
Where do I start?
Read the ICC course, then log one trade. Everything else builds on having trades in the journal — the calendar, the stats, the challenges and the coach all read from it.
You do not need to be trading live. Use Practice and log those, marked as practice trades.
Why can't I type in my own profit or loss?
Because a journal you can hand-enter your result into is a journal you can lie to. Enter your entry, exit, stop, quantity and fees, and P&L and R are calculated from those.
If a number looks wrong, one of those five inputs is wrong — which is itself worth knowing.
What is R, and why does it say I need a stop?
R is your result as a multiple of what you risked. A trade that made twice what you had at risk is +2R, whatever the position size or instrument.
Calculating it needs the distance from entry to stop, so a trade with no stop price recorded has no R. Currency P&L flatters a big position and buries a small one; R does not, which is why it is the number worth watching.
What are the emotion and thesis fields for?
They are the part that actually changes how you trade. Prices tell you what happened; those fields tell you why you did it.
The coach reads them specifically, and several daily challenges are judged on them. Entries logged as revenge or FOMO get flagged every time — that pattern is usually invisible until it is written down.
What does the AI coach actually see?
Your last 40 trades, including theses, reviews, whether you followed your plan, and the emotions you recorded. Plus the ICC rules, so it holds you to your own framework rather than generic trading advice.
It will not tell you what to trade and will not predict price. Ask it about what already happened — "what pattern do you see in my losing trades?" is the kind of question it is built for.
There is a limit of 25 messages a day.
Are the practice prices real?
Real but delayed, and refreshed every 20 seconds while the page is open. Good enough to practise reading structure and sizing a trade; not something to put real size behind.
The money is simulated. The point is the decisions, not the balance.
What do I get, and what does it cost?
$19.99 a month, or $199.99 a year — the yearly price works out to ten months, so two are free.

How do I cancel?
Go to Plans and press Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel, change plan, or update your card.
Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your journal stays yours either way — nothing is deleted when a subscription ends.
Is my card safe?
Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach ZenuOne's servers. We store only whether you are subscribed and when the period ends.
A page says something "isn't set up yet"
That message names the exact file to apply in Supabase. It appears when a feature's tables or functions are missing, which only happens on a fresh install.
I paid but I still can't see the ICC course
Access is granted by Stripe's webhook, which can land a second or two after you are redirected back. Reload the page.
If it is still locked after a minute, check Plans — it will show your current status. If that says you are not subscribed but Stripe charged you, get in touch and it will be fixed manually.
Lessons won't mark complete, or my streak is stuck
Sign out and back in first — an expired session fails quietly on writes.
Streaks advance when you log a trade, in your own timezone, not UTC. A trade logged at 11pm counts for that day.
