Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and ZenuOne ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you confirm you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
Read sections 5 and 7 before you pay. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and nothing on this platform is financial advice.
1. What ZenuOne is
ZenuOne is an educational platform for traders. It provides course material, a trade journal, performance analytics, a simulated practice account, gamified challenges, and an AI assistant that comments on the trades you record.
It is a tool for learning and record-keeping. It does not execute trades, hold funds, connect to a broker, or manage money on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for making sure your use of this platform is lawful where you live.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account. Accounts are for one person. Sharing credentials, or reselling or redistributing course material, ends the subscription without refund.
Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Access is sold as a subscription at $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year, in US dollars.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel.
- You are charged on the day you subscribe and on each renewal date.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
- If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it succeeds.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes partial periods, unused time, and periods during which you did not use the platform.
Access is granted immediately on payment, and the material is delivered in full at that moment. Because of that, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the content.
You may cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not generate a refund for the current period.
Where we will refund
We will refund a payment where:
- You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same period;
- You were charged after cancelling, for a period beginning after the cancellation;
- A refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
Contact support first. Billing mistakes are corrected quickly and without argument.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, which in some places includes a cooling-off period for digital purchases. Where such a right applies to you, it takes precedence over this section.
6. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before contacting your bank. Genuine billing errors are refunded promptly, and that is far faster than a dispute.
By subscribing you confirm that you have read section 5, understood that subscriptions are non-refundable, and that you are subscribing on that basis. We record the date and time of your acceptance of these terms, and may provide that record, along with your usage history, to your payment provider in response to a dispute.
Where a chargeback is raised against a charge that was correct and disclosed, we may suspend or close the account and decline future subscriptions.
None of this limits your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. That right exists independently of this agreement and we do not ask you to waive it.
7. Not financial advice
ZenuOne is education, not advice. Nothing on this platform — including course material, analytics, challenges and any output of the AI coach — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
We are not a licensed broker, dealer, investment adviser or financial planner, and no relationship of that kind is created by your use of this platform.
- Trading carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial deposit with leveraged instruments such as futures.
- Past performance does not indicate future results. This applies to any figure shown here, whether ours or your own.
- Results shown in the practice account are simulated. Simulated trading does not carry real financial risk and does not reproduce real market conditions such as slippage, fills, or the psychological pressure of live money.
- Market data is provided by third parties, is delayed, and may be inaccurate or unavailable.
- The AI coach can be wrong. Treat its output as a prompt to think, never as a decision.
Every trading decision you make is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for any resulting loss. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, resell or share course material;
- Share account access;
- Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or usage limits;
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or place unreasonable load on the service;
- Use the platform for anything unlawful.
9. Your data
Your journal entries, notes and results belong to you. We store them to provide the service, and use them to generate your analytics and to give the AI coach context about your trading. What we collect and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data. You may export or delete your account data by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your journal permanently.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the platform running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and third-party services we depend on — market data, payment processing, AI providers — may fail or change independently of us. No refund arises from temporary unavailability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
12. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time from the Plans page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where the breach is serious, without refund.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept them. Each version is dated and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.
